How do I choose the right robe size?

Measure your dog’s back length, chest and neck, then compare those measurements with our size guide. Breed suggestions are only a guide, as dogs of the same breed can vary in size.

What if my dog is between sizes?

If your dog falls between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for better coverage and freedom of movement.

How absorbent is the drying robe?

Our robe is made from 400 GSM double-layer microfiber and is designed to absorb a large amount of moisture while keeping your dog comfortable.

Can my dog wear the robe after swimming or a bath?

Absolutely. It’s designed for wet dogs after baths, swimming, beach trips, rainy walks and muddy adventures.

Is the robe machine washable?

Yes. The robe is machine washable. Follow the care instructions on the product label to help keep it soft and performing well.

Can I put it in the dryer?

If your care instructions allow tumble drying, use a low-heat setting. Avoid high heat, as it can reduce the lifespan of microfiber and Velcro.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders ship from Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. Eligible unused and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full conditions.

What if I order the wrong size?

You can request a size exchange within the return period, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in original condition.

Do you only sell drying robes?

No. Ruff & Buff started with drying gear, but we’re building a broader range of practical products for active dogs and the people who love them.
