Welcome to Ruff & Buff. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and any purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ruff & Buff.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and specifications.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting or device.
Dog breeds and sizing examples are provided as a guide only. We recommend measuring your dog and referring to our Size Guide before ordering.
We may update or discontinue products from time to time.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, GST is included in the displayed price.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error
- payment cannot be authorised
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- an order cannot be fulfilled to the delivery address provided
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the relevant amount.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment, contact and delivery information.
We do not directly store complete payment-card details. Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

9. Faulty products and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- only one discount code may be used per order
- discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
- promotions may have expiry dates or stock limitations
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

All content on this website, including the Ruff & Buff name, branding, graphics, photographs, text, product designs and website content, is owned by or licensed to Ruff & Buff unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

If you submit a review, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that:
- you have the right to submit it
- it does not infringe another person’s rights
- it is not unlawful, defamatory or misleading
