We ship Ruff & Buff orders from Australia.
Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $75.
For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times within Australia are:
- Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: approximately 3–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping address
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at help@ruffandbuff.com.au. We’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears significantly delayed, contact us at help@ruffandbuff.com.au and we’ll help investigate the delivery with the carrier.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@ruffandbuff.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product.

We currently ship within Australia only.
